Signal sources overview

Verdikt supports three ways to get signal values into a cert window:

API push	Custom eval pipelines, partner databases	Agent access key (`vdk_live_…`)
CSV upload	Ad-hoc imports, manual QA spreadsheets	Workspace session or Agent key

All methods attach to the open cert window for a commit SHA. Apply the verdikt:rc label (or create a release with that SHA) before posting signals.
